Über den Autor Natasha Corrett

Vicki Edgson ist seit mehr als fünfzehn Jahren als Ernährungsberaterin tätig und arbeitet Hand in Hand mit Ärzten, um so die Brücke zwischen Schulmedizin und ergänzenden Methoden zu schlagen. Sie hat bisher sechs eigene Bücher veröffentlicht und ist Mitbegründerin von »The Food Doctor«, eines Unternehmens, das sich der gesunden Ernährung verschrieben hat. Sie schreibt regelmässig für britische und internationale Zeitungen und Magazine und tritt in Gesundheitssendungen im englischen Fernsehen auf. Natasha Corrett ist ausgebildete Köchin und Unternehmerin mit einer grossen Liebe für die vegetarische Kost. Schon früh in ihrer Laufbahn der gesunden Ernährung verpflichtet, ist sie fest von den Vorzügen einer ausgewogenen basischen Ernährung überzeugt. Sie entwickelt Rezepte, gibt Kochunterricht und hält Vorträge über die basische Küche. Zusammen gründeten Natasha und Vicki die Firma »Honestly Healthy«, die ihren Kunden gesunde, nährstoffreiche Gerichte anbietet. Beide Autorinnen leben in London.
