David Foenkinos, 1974 geboren, lebt als Schriftsteller und Drehbuchautor in Paris. Seit 2002 veröffentlicht er Romane, darunter den Millionenbestseller "Nathalie küsst". Seine Bücher werden in rund vierzig Sprachen übersetzt. "Charlotte", wurde 2014 mit dem Prix Renaudot und dem Prix Goncourt des lycéens ausgezeichnet und hat sich allein in Frankreich rund eine halbe Million Mal verkauft.Christian Kolb, 1970 geboren, studierte französische Literatur und Filmwissenschaft in Berlin und Paris. Neben den Romanen von David Foenkinos übersetzte er u. a. Jérôme Colin, Julie Estève, Nicolas Fargues und Monica Sabolo. Er lebt in Berlin.
