Über den Autor Emmanuel Carrère

Emmanuel Carrère , 1957 in Paris geboren, lebt als Schriftsteller, Drehbuchautor und Filmregisseur in Paris. Seine genresprengende Prosa wird in über 20 Sprachen übersetzt und wurde vielfach international ausgezeichnet, z.B. mit dem Prix Renaudot 2011, dem Europäischen Literaturpreis 2013, dem Premio FIL 2017 oder dem Prinzessin-von-Asturien-Preis 2021. Bei Matthes & Seitz Berlin erschienen die Dokumentarromane Der Widersacher , Alles ist wahr , Ein russischer Roman , Limonow und Das Reich Gottes sowie mehrere Essays. Claudia Hamm , geboren 1969, ist Regisseurin, Autorin von Theatertexten und Essays und Literaturübersetzerin, v.a. von Emmanuel Carrère, aber auch Mathias Énard, Édouard Levé, Nathalie Quintane, Ivan Jablonka, Joseph Ponthus, Joseph Andras.
